Sourcing & supply
Emadeb partners with PPMC, PPPRA and major refineries to locally source, import and distribute petroleum products. The Ijegun terminal - private jetty, laboratory, sixty million litres - is where that trade lands.
Offtake & contracts
The group participates in crude and natural-gas-liquids offtake under joint-venture arrangements with NNPC, in direct sale of petroleum products and direct purchase of crude (DSDP), and in confirmed delivery contracts with IOCs including ExxonMobil and SNEPCO. In June-July 2023 Emadeb was the first downstream company to deliver a PMS cargo to Nigeria after subsidy removal.
