Adebowale is an innovative leader, doggedly result oriented and an accomplished business administrator who served in the public sector of the Nigerian economy before birthing the private sector.

As the CEO, his wealth of knowledge in the oil and gas industry has been a major backbone in the accomplishment of the dreams and goals of the company. He led the company to clinch an extensive array of notable milestones in the downstream sector before integrating into the Upstream Oil and Gas sector. The success of Emadeb in the 2020 Marginal Fields Bid round was a culmination of his consistent adherence to the right corporate ethics, insistence on values such as Integrity as well building and leveraging on relationships. His leadership tenets are respect, sustainability, inclusion and growth amongst others; these have forged the company into becoming a force to reckon with across the principal sectors of the Oil and Gas industry. Adebowale is a graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos.
