With over fifteen years of experience, we have actively helped meet the nation’s energy needs in the areas of:

The Beginning (2007 – 2010)

  • Established in 2007 and commenced business in 2008.
  • Trading of Petroleum products.
  • Strong focus on service excellence, ethics, and integrity.

Market Recognition (2010 – 2014)                   

  • Strong market share across business segments.     
  • Strategic infrastructural development to support downstream business.

Growth & Visibility (2014 – 2015)

  • Commissioned 48m litres (now 60m litres) State-of-the-art Tank Farm.
  • Private dedicated jetty.     
  • Fully automated loading system with capacity of 12 loading arms.          
  • World Class laboratory facility.  
  • Ultra-modern truck park – Space for an average of 120 trucks.

Retail Expansion (2015 – 2018)

  • Opening of Lekki/Ajah Expressway Retail Outlet.
  • Commenced Flagship Mega Station in Abuja.
  • Expanded to Apapa/Oshodi-Cele Expressway and Kaduna Retail Outlets.

New Business Developments (2018 – 2020)

  • Strategic Alliance (2020 till date).
  • Commenced production of the company-owned lubricant range.
  • Export of Natural Gas Liquids & Crude Oil underthe Joint Ventures arrangement with NNPC.
  • Explored opportunities in Oilfield services.
  • Partnered with Industry Leaders in the Maritime Sector on various projects.

Strategic Alliance (2020 Till Date)

  • Commenced production of the company-owned lubricant range.
  • Export of Natural Gas Liquids & Crude Oil underthe Joint Ventures arrangement with NNPC.
  • Explored opportunities in Oilfield services.
  • Partnered with Industry Leaders in the Maritime Sector on various projects.
  • Acquisition of 100% equity of IBOM Marginal Field OML 70 (Upstream Asset).
  • Awarded license for commercialization of flare gas in selected Mobil Producing fields.
  • Designed/Constructed backload of Crude Cargo evacuation solution for NNPC/HHOG.
  • Participated in numerous Crude/Natural Gas liquids offtake and direct sales of petroleum.
  • Products and direct purchase of Crude (DSDP) contracts.
  • Commenced confirmed delivery contracts with international oil companies e.g., ExxonMobil, SNEPCO etc.
  • First downstream company to deliver PMS cargo to Nigeria after Government’s post-subsidy removal in Jun/July 2023.
  • Construction of Abuja LPG Terminal – 120MT capacity.
  • Commence full Ibom production by Q4, 2025.
  • Drilling additional wells,installation of casing supported platforms and other facilities for on-site export.
